Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one page, up to two links and analytics for the last 24 hours, free forever.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, credit or debit cards, netbanking or wallets.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year. We never auto-debit; renew whenever you like and the new time is added on top.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your pages and data are kept. Extra pages beyond the Free limit are paused until you renew, and your QR codes keep working for your active page.
Do my short links stop working if my plan ends?
No. Short links you already created keep redirecting, including custom aliases and expiry dates. Only new Pro features, such as another custom alias or editing a destination, wait until you renew.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Business?
Yes, upgrade any time from the Plan & Billing page in your dashboard.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Plan prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) is added at checkout, and the full breakdown is shown before you pay.
